In our effort to provide our motor policyholders with
more value added services, we have made available a wide range of benefits
under the Jerneh Helpline 24 hours emergency auto assistance programme.
The service can be reached at our hotline 603-21163366 or call 1-300-883-828
(24 hours). We recommend that you update this number in your handphone
in case of emergency.
(1) 24 HOUR Towing Service following an Accident

If your vehicle is immobilised due to an accident,call the HOTLINE provided, and  will immediately respond and help you by sending a tow-truck to the scene of the accident.( Important : Please ensure that the tow-truck despatched to you belongs to a workshop authorised by us, or is one permitted to tow by our authorised workshop ). To help you to identify the tow-truck, look out for the Logo on the tow-truck.

In this way, the risk of your vehicle being towed away by an unauthorised workshop or tow-truck is minimised, and the originality of the damage suffered by your vehicle preserved.

We will undertake to reimburse our authorised workshop reasonable towing charges up to RM200/-.
(2) 24 HOUR Emergency Breakdown and Roadside Repair Services

If your vehicle is immobilised due to engine failure, windscreen breakage or any other breakdown, will be able to arrange for a mobile repair service to attend to the normal roadside repairs.

If the repair required are more complex in nature, and towing services are required, will of course arrange for your vehicle to be towed, as mentioned above. Please note that in the case of breakdown services, the cost of towing or any repairs to the vehicle shall be borne directly by you.
(3) 24 HOUR Police Assistance

Should you encounter an emergency or distress situation which requires police assistance, e.g. a car theft, robbery or road bully incident, will be able to provide you with the address and telephone numbers of the nearest police station so as to enable you to seek help.
